Founded in 2013, the Satina Group specializes in the distribution and sale of cell phones, mobile accessories and connected objects. The company now has about 100 direct employees across Guinea and its subsidiaries in some countries in the sub-region including Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast and Mali.

What is the warranty period of your products?
– Samsung: deux ans de garantie sur tous les téléphones smartphones
– Lava: la marque lava pour offre une garantie de 12 mois
– Oraimo: une garantie de 365 jours sur certains et 6 mois sur d’autre
– Felux: les smartphones Felux sont couverts par une garantie de 13 mois et 24 mois pour les petits téléphones.
Do you issue a refund when the customer is not satisfied?
Durant les 48h qui suivent après l’achat du produit lorsqu’il présente une panne technique il est changé automatiquement.
Au-delà des 48h s’il présente des anomalies, alors la possibilité de procéder à une réparation si possible sera privilégié.
